PALM-ARATHON

It was with a sense of great excitement that a group of us met in the private room of London’s Sketch restaurant (Michelin **) for a ‘deep dive’ into back vintages of Chateau Palmer. The Margaux 3eme Cru is well known and loved so I will focus on the wines we tasted rather than re-hash the history and winemaking details that have been better written by others.
